Our neice Rachel was diagnosed Christmas morning with Lymphoblastic non-hodgkins lymphoma, with metastatic tumors in her lungs. Rachel is 8 yr old. This is all so new to us, and we know nothing about what is about to happen to our Rachel. I came upon this site while looking for infomation about this kind of cancer. Rachel was taken to Univ of NE Hospitals, this past Monday as they are from Omaha, NE.

Your site has sure encouraged me. I hope you continue to be well. Our prayers are with you .

I was at UCLA's clinic with a family I drive for treatment a few weeks ago, and was honored to receive your TeamBryce bracelet. Dr. Patty Kerrigan, said I must read your story. My grandson Josh who was a Monster Truck, Motocross kind a guy always said we would make the old cancer bug "eat dirt" so I loved your sayings. Congratulations on winning against cancer.

I am thrilled to find your inspiring website! I am a single mom of a fabulous daughter Carli who was diagnosed with lymphoblastic lymphoma one week before her 4th birthday. Apparently, this is rare because most cases are at age 5 and over, and most are in boys. Even though she is treated at one of the largest, best Children's Hospitals for cancer (in Seattle), we have not been able to meet another child with her diagnosis. Hers started with a tumor mass around her heart, so surgery was out, but very intensive chemo over nine months did the job, and now she is on maintenance through 12/06. Bryce, Congratulations on being 5 years out! Carli and I would love to set up a similar webpage with my computer nerd brother (see our current caringbridge.com/wa/carli), because we feel it is essential to help other children along their cancer recovery path. Blessings, Erin and Carli

I am so happy to hear that you are kicking cancers butt. I even more excited that you have been cancer free for five years that is so awsome. My som has beckwith weidman syndrome. Its a rare disease, he is likely to cath cancerous tumors and sure enough he did at the age of three he got a tumor in is left kidney. It was a fast growing tumor within 1 week it doubled in size. But he had surgery and had that10 pound soccer ball removed along with his left kidney. I was so afraid. We've been through 9 surgeries prior for differnt reasons so I should have been used to it. Its the waiting and not knowing that was hard for me. I lost my mother when I was 6 and I wasn't going to loose my son. Long story short Cameron my son is going through chemothearopy and he also is kicking cancers butt. I'm glad I got the chance to go on this website. And Bryce you are absolutely adorable..

Dear Bryce,

I just happened to "google" my name to see what came up and one of the first listings was your website. I worked at Jules Stein Eye Institute back in 1999 when you were a patient of Dr. Robert Goldberg. I am now in my last year of medical school at UC Davis and am applying to general surgery residency programs. Watching the work that Dr. Goldberg did each day inspired me to become a doctor. It is so nice to stumble upon your website and to hear that you are doing so well. You and your family have obviously been through a great deal over the past 6 years. Thank you for sharing your experience - you are helping so many other kids and families who are going through similar situations.

Keep on being strong, and I wish you the very best in everything you do!
