my name is Bryce Arenson ..
I am a Cancer Survivor..
As you read through my story
you will see that anybody, anywhere
at anytime can get diagnosed
with Cancer.
Don't waste your time asking
yourself, Why Me? Because
you are not the only one...
My beepaw [grandpa], Nathan
Arenson was diagnosed with Pancreatic
Cancer in December of 1993..He
was given 3 months to live..But
he fought through the Chemo
& Radiation and lived an
incredible 18 months...He even
came out to California twice
to see me...His fighting
spirit and passion for life
has been passed on to me...and
to all his children and grandchildren...
My Cousin David just finished
a battle with Testicular Cancer
and is doing much better….
This will be your toughest battle
and you need to take it one
day at a time and with all the
love, support and prayers from
family and friends you will
get through all the treatments..
That is how I got through
my 3 eye surgeries, 2 port a
catheter surgeries, numerous
spinal taps, blood transfusions,
shots, pills, Chemotherapy,
Prednisone, MRI's, Catscans,
severe stomach cramps
bone marrow aspirations, blood
tests, x rays, ultrasounds,
check ups/exams, emergency room
trips, low blood counts, isolation,
big needles, small needles,
really big needles..and etc…
But I am still standing and
yes "I am Kicking This
Cancer's Butt"...
So remember Humor is good, Bald
is beautiful, and there is light
at the end of the tunnel…
